Dart to have surgery, miss regular season; Harbaugh won’t rule out playoffs

Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart will undergo surgery on his left knee and sit out the rest of the regular season, though coach John Harbaugh didn’t rule out the possibility Dart could return if New York makes the playoffs.
